1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the TazOne platform ("the Service"), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Service Description

TazOne is a platform for nutrition clinic management that enables nutritionists and dietitians to:

• Manage client profiles and data
• Create customized meal plans and recipes
• Manage appointments and schedules
• Handle billing and payments
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and email

3. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• Passwords must contain at least 12 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and symbols
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• You may not transfer your account to another person
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Payment Policy

• Prices are displayed in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT (18%)
• Billing is monthly or annual, depending on the selected plan
• Free trial period: 30 days
• Payments are processed through Grow by Meshulam, a licensed Israeli payment provider
• Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

5. Health Data Responsibility

As a user, you are fully responsible for the data you enter into the system, including medical and personal data of your clients. You must ensure that:

• You have obtained explicit consent from your clients to store their data in the system
• You have obtained separate consent from clients before enabling WhatsApp messaging for them
• The data entered is accurate and up-to-date
• You comply with all relevant regulatory requirements, including the Patient Rights Law and Privacy Protection Law
• You do not upload health information without a legal basis for processing it

TazOne encrypts medical data (medical notes, allergies) and in-app message content using AES-256-GCM encryption and enforces full data isolation between users. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. WhatsApp Messaging

The Service allows sending WhatsApp messages to clients using Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Use of this feature is subject to the following terms:

• You are responsible for obtaining explicit opt-in consent from each client before enabling messaging
• Messages sent are transactional only (appointment confirmations, meal plans, documents) — no marketing messages
• You must honor opt-out requests from clients and disable the feature for them immediately
• Usage is subject to the WhatsApp Business Policy
• TazOne is not responsible for the content of messages sent by you to your clients

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its servers
• Copy, duplicate, or distribute parts of the Service
• Send spam or marketing messages through WhatsApp
• Use the Service in a way that could harm other users

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including design, code, logo, and content, belong to TazOne. The data you enter into the system remains your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" (AS IS). We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months. TazOne does not provide medical or nutritional advice and is not responsible for professional decisions made based on use of the platform.

10. Cancellation and Suspension

• You may cancel your account at any time through account settings
• Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
• Health data is retained for 7 years per the Israeli Patient Rights Law
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these terms shall be the courts of Israel.
